A unique item that is found during the Minds Unraveled event.
Description
This special variant looks identical to a regular 
Dementonite Cluster, however emits a visual effect and gives characters within a 3m radius 10 
Psychosis every 5 seconds. Additionally, it can be thrown.
The item serves no other purpose, so can be discarded, however it is unique to the event and cannot be otherwise obtained.
