The Charging Dock is an Electrical Installation that stores and recharges Battery Cells.
Function
The Charging Dock has 4 slots in which 
Battery Cells and 
Fulgurium Battery Cells can be placed. It charges Battery Cells at a rate of 2%/s and Fulgurium Battery Cells at a rate of 1%/s.
The Charging Dock is one of the only two installations that cannot be repaired and don't deteriorate, whether it is over time or from explosions; the other one is the Shuttle Battery.
