The Underwater Scooter is a battery-powered underwater propulsion device. It can be used to travel faster while in water, and can also provide light while doing so.
Function
The Underwater Scooter can be used to propel the user in water faster than swimming can.
However, when used, nearby creatures will be attracted to the noise and light of the scooter and attack players using it.
It is recommended to bring a scooter on most dives for quicker completion times.
Usage
The Underwater Scooter is held with both hands. As with all weapons and tools, using it is done by holding the 
Right-click to take aim, then by 
Left-clicking to shoot/use.
The spotlight effect works everywhere, however propulsion can only work when underwater.
Usage requires a battery in the ammunition slot.
