The Underwater Scooter is a battery-powered underwater propulsion device.
Function
By holding right click to aim and left click to activate, the player can use the scooter to propel themselves through water. This has absolutely no effect in oxygen or areas with neither air nor water.
In the absence of an Underwater Scooter, a Fire Extinguisher can also be used to propel oneself, albeit at a much slower speed than the scooter.
