The Toy Hammer is a melee that can be acquired in Barotrauma. It is associated with the Clown Ensemble.
The Toy Hammer emits a impact sound, it is not lethal and cause no damage. This has no purpose whatsoever and is intended to be used for comedic purpose, but it can be annoying after some time, which can result in a not so happy ending for whoever its using it.
