Talent	Tree	Description
Scavenger ID: scavenger	Security Officer Frogman Spec. 2	Whenever you open a container outside your submarine for the first time, you have a 25% chance of finding additional items.

• This talent causes the loot of containers to regenerate 25% of the time, and can occur in any container, including those in wrecks, ruins and outposts (inhabited and abandoned).
  • Corpses are not considered containers.
• The loot of a single container can be regenerated multiple times if there are multiple characters with this talent.
