Reaper's Tax

Reaper's Tax is a special negative affliction which can only be obtained in Multiplayer, when a player dies and chooses to respawn immediately with a penalty instead of waiting for the end of the round.
The penalty consists of lowered movement speed, lowered skills and lowered max vitality.
It can only be healed at an outpost, for a fee.
