Reaper's Tax

Reaper's Tax is a special negative affliction which can only be obtained in Multiplayer, when a player dies and chooses to respawn immediately with a penalty instead of waiting for the end of the round.
The penalty consists of reduced movement speed, all skills, and max vitality.
It can be healed at an outpost, for a fee of 1000 mk, or by smoking an entire Cigar.
