The Reactor PDA is a portable tool that displays information about a Submarine's Nuclear Reactor
Function
When held, it shows the interface of the controlled nuclear reactor, including the conditions of its Fuel Rods.
It allows full remote control of a submarine's nuclear reactor, except for the movement of fuel rods.
