The plasma cutter is a tool that is capable of destroying structures in Subsurface.
Function
The plasma cutter is primarily used for destroying structures. This can prove useful in the event of flooding or a creature attack, whereas the player can cut through a door or ceiling to escape. It can also be used to destroy platforms or doors that may be considered redundant by the player.
It is advised that the player verify that they meet the required skill level to operate the tool, otherwise the oxygen tank will explode, causing significant damage to both the player and surrounding structures. It will also stun the player, which can prove consequently in dire situations.
