Abandoned outpost - Outpost rescue

A bandit group that has claimed the abandoned [location1] recently sent out a message in which they demand a ransom for releasing a group of civilians they're holding hostage. The Coalition doesn't negotiate with terrorists, but has promised a considerable reward to anyone who manages to rescue the hostages.
