Mission Mode has a number of playable missions, selected at random when the round begins. Two have special conditions: Praise the Honkmother, which requires 35 of the cargo's items to be delivered or more instead of always full cargo to complete the mission and Search and Destroy, which requires multiplayer to be started.

Cargo missions

Cargo missions are the easiest (and thus, least rewarding) Missions in the game, they task the Player with delivering a number of items, stored in Cargo Crates, to the destination on the other end of the map. Most Cargo missions require the full cargo to be delivered intact in the original Crate, with Praise the Honkmother being the main exception, as it requires 35 out of 40 items to be delivered. During the course of the round, the Cargo may be taken out, moved or manipulated as long as the entirety of the Cargo is inside it's original Crate by the time the Sumbarine docks on the destination. It's also worth noting that Cargo that is not inside it's Crate will not be removed by the end of the Roundconfirmation needed

Explosive cargo

id: cargocompoundn

"A local arms dealer is offering 2000 marks in exchange for delivering two crates of high explosives to a customer in [location2]."

The crew is tasked with delivering two crates of explosive items to the end point of the map. One of the crates contains 10 units of Compound N, while the other contains 10 Detonators, each of which contains a unit of Compound N.

The mission is completed once the Submarine reaches the destination with the Cargo. The mission is failed if the Submarine reaches the destination and any of the Cargo has been used and/or gone missing.

Explosive cargo (Volatile Compound N)

id: cargovolatilecompoundn

"A local arms dealer is offering 1000 credits in exchange for delivering two crates of high explosives to a customer in [location2]."

This mission is identical to Explosive Cargo, with the only difference being that one of the units of Compound N is replaced by Volatile Compound N, which will randomly explode after a certain time. This mission can not be distinguished from Explosive Cargo. The recommended course of action is checking out the Cargo, and jettisoning the Volatile Compound N before it has a chance to blow up, and proceeding as normal The mission is completed once the Submarine reaches the destination with the Cargo. The mission is failed if the Submarine reaches the destination and any of the Cargo has been used and/or gone missing.

Bug: This mission is extremely hard to complete, as Volatile Compound N will explode during the round, and fail the requirement of delivering the Cargo intact, jettisoning Volatile Compound N is the wisest choice, but it will also fail the mission. Consider removing the Compound N from the Cargo, and keeping it in the Submarine, so you can use it to greatly enhance Railgun Shells, as it will otherwise be removed when reaching the destinationconfirmation needed

Chemical shipment

id: cargochemicals

"Reseachers of [location1] need someone to deliver some dangerous chemicals to [location2] for a reward of 500 credits."

The crew is tasked with delivering two crates of chemicals to the destination, and ensuring that the entirety of the Cargo reaches the destination intact. The cargo contains Fentanyl, Sulphuric Acid, Morbusine, Flash Powder and Chloral Hydrate. The mission is completed once the Submarine reaches the destination with the Cargo. The mission is failed if the Submarine reaches the destination and any of the Cargo has been used and/or gone missing.

Medical item transport

id: cargomeditems

"A consignment of medical items needs to be transported to [location2]. There's 500 credits if you can get them there."

The crew is tasked with delivering two crates of medical supplies to the destination, and ensuring that the entirety of the Cargo reaches the destination intact. The cargo contains a total of 40 items, made up by all kinds of medical items, such as Blood Packs, Morphine, Broad-spectrum Antibiotics and Bandages among others. The mission is completed once the Submarine reaches the destination with the Cargo. The mission is failed if the Submarine reaches the destination and any of the Cargo has been used and/or gone missing.

Medical item transport (Emergency)

id: cargomedemergency

"A crew member over at [location2] has gone and get themselves a nasty case of morbusine poisoning. They might stand a chance of survival if you can get a shipment of antidote to them ASAP... You'll be paid 700 credits on delivery."

The crew is tasked with delivering a crate with 5 units of Morbusine Antidote to the destination, and ensuring that the entirety of the Cargo reaches the destination intact. The mission is completed once the Submarine reaches the destination with the Cargo. The mission is failed if the Submarine reaches the destination and any of the Cargo has been used and/or gone missing.

Biohazard

id: cargohuskeggs

"Local researchers are offering 700 credits for delivering a container of husk parasite eggs to [location2]."

The crew is tasked with delivering a crate containing 10 units of Velonaceps Calyx Eggs (also known as Husk Eggs) to the destination. Despite the apparent danger of Husk eggs, this mission is not actually dangerous at all, as the only way to become infected by the Husk eggs is to voluntarly ingest them or to be injected by a rogue player, and still, Calyxanide can be created from the Velonaceps Calyx Eggs to fight any infection. The mission is completed once the Submarine reaches the destination with the Cargo. The mission is failed if the Submarine reaches the destination and any of the Cargo has been used and/or gone missing.

id: cargonitroglycerin

"Local researchers are offering 1500 credits for delivering a large amount of nitroglycerin to [location2]."

The crew is tasked with delivering two crates of explosives, each containing 10 units of Nitroglycerin, to the destination. This mission is extremely dangerous, as Nitroglycerin will explode if subjected to an impact strong enough, this may be caused by poor handling of the crate, or by being pushed by a Moloch The mission is completed once the Submarine reaches the destination with the Cargo. The mission is failed if the Submarine reaches the destination and any of the Cargo has exploded and/or gone missing.

id: cargoconstructionminerals

The player is required to retrieve a Skyholder, Thermal or Nasonov Artifact from an alien ruin and bring it to the required end point. This can notably cause hassle for players - both in the form of the Fractal Guardians that can occasionally be found guarding the ruins, and the dangerous Thermal and Skyholder artifacts themselves. On top of that, the artifact can uncommonly be a Moloch instead of an artifact, which the player is then required to kill to get their reward.

The player is sent to kill an aggressive creature that has been terrorizing submarines, either a Moloch or a Tiger Thresher. After doing so, the player must reach the end point to receive their reward. Aside from the inherent danger in fighting these creatures, the mission is rather straightforward.

A small cargo submarine, carrying dangerous chemicals (presumably Velonaceps Calyx eggs) went missing two months ago. While initially assumed lost, the vehicle's emergency beacon was recently activated, and the player is sent to investigate. Upon arrival, it is revealed that the submarine has been infested with a parasite and turned into a Carrier, which must then be killed.

An Endworm has appeared in the nearby waters, causing all submarine travel in the area to be cancelled. The player is asked to kill the destructive foe, and is promised a hefty reward of 10,000 credits for deed. Aside from the inherent cataclysm that always results from facing an Endworm, the mission is rather straightforward.

Search and Destroy

See: Search and Destroy

In this gamemode the players are split up in 2 separate ships, The Europa Coalition, and the Renegades. Tasked with destroying each other.
