Incendium Crystals are rare Crafting Materials.

Acquisition

Aside from purchasing, looting, or deconstruction of below items, Incendium can be looted from wrecks and alien ruins, and extracted from naturally-occuring deposits in the Abyss with a Plasma Cutter. It can also be fabricated from three Scrap by a Mechanic with the Scrap Savant talent.
