Description

The Hammerhead Matriarch is a large dark red squid-like creature with four arms attached to its torso. Its head is a large, fragile sac of eggs.

In-game

The Hammerhead Matriarch is not aggressive until provoked and will flee on sight of a submarine. Upon being attacked however, it will retaliate with its only attack; a suicidal, devastating assault on the submarine's hull. The impact makes its egg sac burst, releasing 30 Hammerhead Spawn.
