A Fulgurium Battery Cell is an expendable item that can be used in Barotrauma.
Usage
Fulgurium Battery Cells are basically more powerful version of the Battery Cell, with which they share most traits. They are mainly used to power the Stun Baton (and makes it more powerful than when powered by a common battery cell), and can be recharged when placed in an installation called (somewhat confusingly) the Battery.
