Experience & Talent Points

Experience is how Talent Points are awarded.
Experience can be gained in three ways:
- Completing Missions
- Coalition Commendations
- Coalition Medals
Commendations & Medals
Coalition Commendations give 250 experience, while Coalition Medals give 500 experience.
They can be purchased at outposts or awarded to Captains with the "Trusted Captain", "Trucker" and/or "Esteemed Captain" Talents.
Missions
Experience gain from completing missions depends on how much money the mission gives, and the difficulty of the level.
The formula for experience gain is as follows: (Cash Reward * 0.09) * (Level Difficulty % / 100)
