The Europan Handshake is a unique one handed melee weapon, variant of the Diving Knife. Its only difference with the latter is the added 
Morbusine Poisoning, as well as 33% increased attack speed
There is a small chance of finding it in wrecks cabinets (1%) or wrecks medical cabinets (3%).
Usage
The Europan Handshake is held with one hand. As with all weapons and tools, using it is done by holding the 
Right-click to take aim, then by 
Left-clicking to shoot/use.
