Down with the Ship
Caused by being within a submarine that is at least 50% flooded with the Down with the Ship Talent.
The subject refuses to abandon ship, and will do anything to restore it to its former glory.

- The affliction will remain as long as the ship is at least 50% flooded, and for 60 seconds afterwards.
