Compound N, or Compound 'Nuclear' can be made in the medical fabricator with Potassium, Aluminium, and Flash Powder. It can be loaded inside a Railgun Shell for added damage. It can be used with a detonator. It has similar aspects to C4. It can be used to make Volatile Compound N.
Trivia
The name "Compound N" is a reference to "Substance N", a code name used by Nazi Germany for Chlorine Trifluoride.
