The Medal is a consumable item.
Function
It can be used by being applied in medical menu, by holding right click until it breaks, or by hitting another person while it is equipped. Grants 500 Experience to the character it is used on.
Since the talent gives the user 500 experience when used on someone else, using it on oneself would be wasteful.
