Function

It can be used by being applied in medical menu, by holding right click until it breaks, or by hitting another person while it is equipped. Grants 250 Experience to the character it is used on.

Since the talent gives the user 250 experience when used on someone else, using it on oneself would be wasteful.

Talent	Tier	Description
Trusted Captain	Captain Skipper Tier 2	Whenever you finish at least one mission, gain a Coalition Commendation. When you apply a Coalition Commendation on another character, gain 275 experience.
Trucker	Captain Skipper Tier 3	Whenever you finish all your selected missions, gain an additional Coalition Commendation. You are paid an additional 25% for cargo and escort missions.
