Weapons are Items (or, in the case of the Railgun for instance, installations) which primary use is to damage opponents. Handheld weapons can be purchased in Barotrauma through the in-game shop, and a few of them can be crafted at a Fabricator. Submarine armament cannot be purchased individually and comes pre-installed with each Submarine. In addition to Internal Damage, some weapons may also inflict Bleeding, Stun, and other Afflictions.
Most weapons use ammunition, which can either be bought at an outpost or crafted at a Fabricator.
