The Cargo Scooter is a two-handed battery-powered tool used to propel the user while carrying some items. Like a 
Storage Container, it cannot be placed in the hotbar.
Function
The Cargo Scooter can be used to propel the user in water faster than swimming can. It can contain up to 11 item stacks.
Usage
The Cargo Scooter is held with both hands. As with all weapons and tools, using it is done by holding the 
Right-click to take aim, then by 
Left-clicking to shoot/use.
The spotlight effect works everywhere, however propulsion can only work when underwater.
Usage requires a battery in the ammunition slot.
Notes
Cargo Scooters can store all medium items except:
- other Cargo Scooters
- Bandoliers
- Storage Containers
- Toolbelts
Medium items can be stored inside the scooter, even if they require two hands and cannot be held in the toolbar (like the Autoshotgun).
To store these items, place the scooter inside a Submarine Container, equip the bulky item, reopen the storage container, and then drag it onto the scooter.
