The Alien Flare is a light source.

Description

Alien Flare is a depletable, throwable, light-emitting item mainly used in outside expeditions. It emits a bright blue light once activated.

It can be found in Alien Ruins.

Function

It can be thrown by holding Right Mouse RMB and and then clicking Left Mouse LMB.

  • It emits a bright blue light in a 10m radius for 13 minutes and 20 seconds before fully depleted.
  • It attracts the attention of Creatures within a 50m radius when active.
  • It floats in place when in water.
