The Ahab's Spear is a unique Harpoon Gun ammunition. Compared to the Harpoon, it deals a lot more damage and has a much longer Stun.
There is a small chance of finding it in a wreck's steel cabinets (2 - 5 spears, 2% chance) and armory cabinets (3 - 5 spears, 3% chance).
