{The Advanced Gene Splicer is an item that allows the player to equip refined Genetic Materials to gain semi-permanent new abilities.

Description

The Advanced Gene Splicer can be crafted by anyone when the Medical Doctor unlocks the Genetic Genius Talent. It allows 2 splices to be used simultaneously. A splicer on a dead crew member will be placed in their Duffel Bag along with the rest of their inventory, leaving any inserted splices intact, making it the only way to retrieve a splice once it has been equipped.

Usage

The Advanced Gene Splicer has an inventory where splices can be placed. Removing a splice will destroy it and cause 10 Organ Damage and 0.5 Stun . Removing the Advanced Gene Splicer will destroy all installed splices. An Advanced Gene Splicer can only be applied to yourself.
