The Adrenaline Gland is an organic material looted from Thalamus and source of pure Adrenaline.
Acquisition
A single 
Thalamus Organ can contain up to two Adrenaline Glands. Deconstructing Strange Eggs also yields an Adrenaline Gland.
It is also available from the Store.
Usage
The Adrenaline Gland does nothing on its own.
It can be deconstructed to four units of 
Adrenaline, which is used in the fabrication of the 
Fentanyl.
