Heal someone back from a critical state.

Heal someone back from a critical state.
A "critical state" is defined as unconscious, ie. someones health bar has completely deteriorated once, they have no heartbeat, you can perform CPR on them. Heal them back by treating their symptoms, generally through opiates to treat damage, bandages for burns and bleeding, or blood packs for blood loss. Alternatively, you can choose to administer a toxin of your choice to an unsuspecting volunteer, wait for them to reach a critical state, and then administer the antidote.

Repair a broken device.

Fairly self-explanatory. Use a wrench or screwdriver to repair a mechanical or electrical device once it has started to deteriorate. The wrench or screwdriver must be equipped, a minimum skill level is not required and this can be accomplished from any role, however you risk lacerations (mechanical) or burns (electrical) with lower skill levels.

File:Gettingclean.jpg Getting clean

Recover from an opiate addiction.

An opiate addiction can be obtained through a few doses of opium, morphine, or fentanyl. Recovering from an opiate addiction requires naloxone. You can apply these to yourself through the heal "H" menu.

A hammerhead is one of the creatures in the game that you can get a mission to kill. Starting a "Mission" on a server with the "Monster" mission type is the best chance to get this mission. You can also come across this mission through the Campaign, and (although perhaps rarely/only at higher difficulty) you may come across hammerheads naturally during your travels.

Once you get the achievement, command them to "Navigate Back".

File:Killedamoloch.jpg Killed a Moloch

Take down a Moloch.

Similar to the hammerhead achievement, a moloch is one of the creatures in the game that you can get a mission to kill. Starting a "Mission" on a server with the "Monster" mission type is the best chance to get this mission. You can also come across this mission through the Campaign, and (although perhaps rarely/only at higher difficulty) you may come across molochs naturally during your travels.

File:Notonmywatch.jpg Not on my watch

Take down a traitor before they manage to complete their objective.

This requires you to be in a multiplayer server with the "Traitors" set to "Maybe" or "Yes". I don't believe bots can be the traitor, so this will require at least one other human player to be the traitor.

File:Iamthecure.jpg I am the cure

Complete a round as an Assistant.

Self-explanatory, requires another human player to be the captain. Don't do what you hate.

File:Insurgency.jpg Insurgency

Successfully complete a traitor objective.

This requires you to be in a multiplayer server with the "Traitors" set to "Maybe" or "Yes". However, since you are going to be the traitor, you can unlock this achievement on your own with a crew of bots. They'll never see it coming.

File:Underwatercoffin.jpg Underwater coffin

Or do it the old-fashioned way and wait for a catastrophic failure that only you have the brains to survive, and then put the sub back together, and then make it to the destination.
